FAQs

VIRTUAL EVENT

What platform will the virtual event be held in?

We will be using a platform called Whova for the virtual event. In the platform, you can access live sessions, watch on-demand sessions, chat, ask questions, engage with other attendees, and more. Live sessions will be run through a Zoom integration that you can access directly within Whova.

Closer to the event, you will receive instructions on how to access the virtual content in Whova.

How long will I have to access the content once the event concludes?

Content (recordings of live sessions, on-demand videos, articles, etc.) will be available to attendees through February 1, 2023 in Whova.

Are sessions being recorded? When can I watch them?

All sessions are being recorded. Recordings will be available approximately 48 hours after the conclusion of a session.

Can the presenters see and hear me?

Live sessions are utilizing Zoom Meeting which allows attendees and presenters to see and hear one another. This helps to simulate an in-person event where attendees can interact, ask questions, and share. Your camera and microphone will automatically be turned off when you join a live session. If you do not wish to have your camera or audio on, simply keep it turned off.

Is my ticket refundable?

Refunds for the Virtual Event will not be issued.

Are there discounts for school groups?

We can offer a discount for schools who wish to register groups of faculty or staff. Please contact us.
